What can you say besides, kids these days?
Norway has an annual post-graduation tradition called “Russ,” in which kids party and drink heavily for a few weeks. This often includes taking your clothes off, I guess.
So Europe really is as wild as Skins makes it out to be. Good for them?
Terje Moe Gustavsen, who runs the Public Roads Administration, released this statement on Wednesday: “Everyone understands that being in and around roundabouts is a traffic hazard.”
He continued by saying, “It may not be so dangerous for someone to be without clothes on the bridge, but drivers can get too much of a surprise and completely forget that they are driving,” he added. Read more…
