The #DeleteFacebook movement will no longer put an undue damper on your love life.
Bumble told Wired on Monday that it would allow users to create a profile using only their phone numbers starting Tuesday, April 17. Previously, Bumble required users to register with a Facebook profile. But given the recent backlash to Facebook’s insatiable appetite for user data and longer reach into our lives than many people realized, that coupling of dating apps with Facebook began to make some users uncomfortable.
