Ever since Apple released the iPhone 5 in 2012, all of their iOS devices (and many of their accessories) have used the Lightning port for charging. Apple so generously gives you a free Lightning cable with each of these products, but these are short, break easily, and only come in white. Fortunately, there are a bunch of third-party cables to pick up the slack, like the Thermal Color Changing Lightning Cable that’s currently on sale.
