If you get stuck on a roller coaster, at least you’ll have a nice view?
At Universal Studios in Japan yesterday, the Jurassic Park-themed Flying Dinosaur roller coaster stalled, trapping riders for two hours until they were rescued. If that sounds bad, the roller coaster was designed so that the rides are lying prone for the whole thing.
And people thought I was ridiculous for still being afraid of dinosaurs. Tell that to this dinosaur ride from my nightmares.
Regardless, many brave theme park patrons continued lining up for the ride after it became operational again.
Since the rollercoaster was launched in March 2016, it has had similar problems on two other occasions in August and September 2017. Read more…
